CityScape Realty is a real estate listing and advisory platform. We facilitate connections between property buyers/renters and RERA-certified sellers/developers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
All property listings on our platform are required to carry a valid RERA registration number where applicable under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. CityScape Realty itself operates as a registered real estate agent under AP RERA (AP-RERA-AGT-2019-01) and TS RERA (TS-RERA-AGT-2019-07).
While we make every effort to ensure property details (price, area, amenities) are accurate, CityScape Realty does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of listings. All information should be independently verified before any transaction.
All content on this platform — including logos, images, text, code, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of CityScape Realty Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
CityScape Realty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or reliance on property information displayed herein. Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid in the last 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email to registered users and updated on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
