• Location Data: GPS coordinates if you permit location access for property mapping. This is used solely to pinpoint property locations and is not stored on our servers.

• To respond to your property enquiries and connect you with the appropriate agent.
• To send you property alerts, new listing notifications, and appointment reminders (only if opted in).
• To improve platform functionality and personalise your property recommendations.
• To comply with RERA regulations, legal requirements, and government directives.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• RERA-certified agents on our platform, solely to process your property enquiry.
• Banking partners (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis) if you request a home loan eligibility check — only with your explicit consent.

Your data is stored on ISO 27001 certified servers hosted in India. We implement AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. IndexedDB data (property images, saved searches) is stored exclusively on your device and never uploaded to our servers.
